Introducing New Postal Mailing Integration with EverView!
As we begin the new year, we’re excited to bring you a new way to communicate with your community! In this month’s release, we’ll share details about our new Postal Mailing Integration with EverView (formerly Optimal/South Data).
Postal Mailing Integration with EverView
Earlier, we introduced a PDF letter generation feature enabling you to create and download letters in batches and upload them to a third-party platform like EverView (formerly OSG) for postal mailing. We’re happy to announce that our new integration with EverView now streamlines that process, so you no longer need to manually upload the letters. With our new integration, you can automatically send your letters to EverView for printing and mailing.
Why Pilera & Everview Integration?
Pilera’s advanced recipient segmentation and branding options combined with EverView’s reliable postal mailing platform get your letters delivered how you want. Additionally, through our Message Center, you can even confirm that your letters were uploaded to EverView (formerly OSG).
How much does it cost?
Pilera offers client-level and individual community plans for automated phone and text. If your company already uses this plan, the postal mailing integration is available to you now and will cost 1 credit per recipient. Please note that EverView (formerly OSG) does charge its own rates.

Other Enhancements
Resident Report updates
We’ve added new fields to the Resident Report to allow for easier browsing and sorting of important data. Managers can now view:
- If the phone number listed is a home, work, and/or cell number.
- When a resident’s contact information was last updated.
- When the resident was added to Pilera.
