Greetings! This month’s release includes important quality of life enhancements and also a few bug fixes to give our clients a better user experience.
Improvements to the User Experience:
Knowledge Base Search
We have improved the usability of the knowledge base so that it is easier to clear keyword searches.
We’ve improved the visibility of missing required fields on the add occupant feature. If a required field in the Add Occupant module is empty, a message will appear letting the manager know.
Unit activity log account selector
It is now easier to select the account number in the unit activity log entries.
Improved visibility of the community website in the app
In the July 2021 release, we improved the visibility of additional features that you currently do not have in the app so you can learn more about its benefits. Similarly, we’ve done the same for Community Websites and provided more detail so you can learn how to use them for your community.
Calendar automatically created during new community setup
When a new community has been set up or when a manager visits the event calendar page for the first time, a calendar will be created automatically. Then, managers can add events to the calendar, set up more custom calendars, and send e-notifications to residents. Learn more about event calendars in Pilera.
- Task Management assignment – Previously, there was an issue where managers could only assign board members a task after task creation. We have now fixed the issue so that board members can be assigned tasks upon creation. They will also get an email notification.
- Board member ticket assignment – Board members will now see the task assignee in the email notification.
