The Send Announcement feature in Pilera is one of the most liked features by our clients, so now, we’re excited to announce the Portfolio Announcement functionality! The Portfolio Announcements functionality allows managers to send bulk automated emails across their entire portfolio or to specific communities they select. Portfolio Announcement can be sent to specific users such as board members, owners, and tenants across all or select communities. Here’s a first look at the Portfolio Announcement!
- Improved messaging speed – Due to a drastic increase in use over the past 4 months, we have optimized our system to increase message deliverability speed. During times of high traffic, the speed of messaging has increased by up to 20%.
- Resident Profile – We enhanced our system to prevent an issue where some users could not update their contact information because it was connected to older, inactive users.
- Resident work orders – Residents will have an improved user experience while viewing and editing work orders. For example, residents can now sort and filter common area work orders by the state: any, open, and closed. Additionally, we’ve improved the editing experience for the resident’s unit-level work orders.
- Board member-functionality fixes – To improve board member usability, we’ve made a few fixes to ticket permissions and notifications within the Board+ product. This includes Task Management and Architecture Change Request tickets. To request the Board+ product, please contact email@example.com.
