In 2018, a new law was passed in Florida aimed at improving transparency in condominium associations.  One such law that went into effect on January 2019 is the Florida Condo Website Law.  Condo associations overseeing 150 or more units are required to make financial reports accessible to unit owners on a password-protected website or portal.
